Eugene Nida: The Relevance of Sociolinguistics to Translating and Interpreting (03.11.1992)

The University of Vic has been training translators and interpreters for 20 years. To celebrate the anniversary, among other activities, we are republishing the lectures given by Eugene Nida in Vic between 1992 and 1997. These historic lectures are an outstanding legacy from one of the most eminent twentieth-century scholars of translation studies. The publication is also an homage to Eugene Nida, who died in 2011.
